Why does this remind me of a story I heard about that involved phone calls, authorities, and alcohol in Madison way back when?

My favorite hometown 911 call was when somebody called in a drunk driver, so they sent a patrol car out to intercept the driver and the cop reported back, "Driver not drunk, just elderly."
Someone brought this up during lunch at school the other day. We figured it must have been one of our former students.
Mom :)
I blame the late-night evangelicals for that one...
