Random Notes From the Southern Hemisphere
Random notes, photos and musings from the "Land Down Under". Lame and self-serving I know, but a good way to keep you all updated as I'll never be any good at emailing.

This is beautiful. Owen thinks it looks like "some sort of spider"-can you enlighten us?
That Owen, is the most beautiful and otherworldly flower of the passion fruit plant! It's one of my all-time favourites and we've got three varieties growing in our back garden.
Mauzi wore them on our wedding day.
Check the Pic of the Day 1 October, 2008 for a picture of the fruit. This one is yellow but we also have red and purple. Apparently there is a banana passion fruit but they are hard to find.
Can you get passion fruit in Duluth? Sweet and tart at the same time.
