So glad that you and family are safe from the fires. I would imagine that you can smell the smoke though, right?

I have been keeping up with the fires through my free copy of USA Today (a very prestigious news source, as I'm sure you well know) courtesy the Day's Inn of Charleston. Strangely enough, they have been covering the story better than the CNN (another very reputable news source) I catch over breakfast in the capitol cafeteria, although, they did finally have some coverage when a rescued koala was drinking water from someone's water bottle. They managed to mention how cute that image was, but failed, however, to mention the some 180+ human lives that had so far been lost though. Glad you are all doing okay. Thinking of you lots and sending pyschic cool breezes from the snow we are experiencing right now in WV.
