Congratulations on the move into the new house. I'm glad everything worked out for the two of you. Phil and I will unfortunately be renting for the next year. Who would have thought two people just out of school with no money and no jobs would be turned down for a mortgage?
I was afraId of that. Sorry. Don't worry about it, I'm beginning to fell like we bit off more than we can handle. Can you come down and visit? Bring a paint brush and we'll give you room and board.
